Arun Ghosh, a native of the picturesque “Gods own Country,” ventured to the United States to pursue higher education and later embraced the nation as a naturalized citizen, facilitated by the US Army MAVNI program.
Launching his educational journey with a Bachelor’s degree from the College of Engineering Trivandrum at University of Kerala, Arun quickly transitioned into the professional realm. Fresh out of college, he initiated his IT career at IBM, subsequently expanding his expertise by associating with several reputed firms including ADP and PWC .
Further enhancing his academic credentials, Arun graduated in 2015 with a Master’s Degree from the Houghs Graduate School of Business at the University of Florida, embodying the spirit of “Once a Gator, always a Gator!”. During this period, he undertook an enriching internship at Sears Holding Corporation. During this stint he received the exclusive opportunity to present a business case directly to the firm’s CIO, showcasing his burgeoning talents in the business domain.
In addition to his academic and professional achievements, Arun has established himself as a certified Cloud Architect and DevOps Engineer. His dedication to his field is reflected in his memberships with prestigious organizations such as ISACA, EC-Council, and PMI, marking him as a notable figure in the industry.

As an Entrepreneur
In 2019, the industrious entrepreneur, Arun, laid the cornerstone of Hutfin, Inc in the USA, a company that would later flourish under his stewardship as CEO. Hutfin.com stands as a beacon in the commercial real estate sector, deftly merging the realms of real and virtual properties. The company has carved a niche for itself by offering users an intuitive platform laden with cutting-edge technology that facilitates seamless transactions in the commercial real estate domain. In the same year, Arun was instrumental as a major shareholder in the inception of Faircode Technologies, contributing significantly to the development of the BevQ App for the state government of Kerala, an initiative that garnered widespread acclaim.
The year 2022 saw Arun steering towards a new venture with the establishment of Ulease.com in the USA. Functioning as a subsidiary, Ulease.com is envisioned as a hub that facilitates seamless rental transactions, offering a plethora of features to cater to a diverse clientele.

United States Military
In 2015, Arun embarked on a notable journey of service by joining the United States Armed Forces. His military career commenced with a rigorous basic training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, following which he continued to serve his nation diligently as a reservist. Demonstrating remarkable aptitude and dedication, he graduated at the top of his class during the Advanced Individual Training (AIT) held at Sheppard Air Force Base. Currently holding the esteemed rank of First Lieutenant as an Army Officer, Arun contributes significantly to the United States Army Medical Corps, specializing in the role denoted by the MOS code 70D. Throughout his tenure, he maintained a secret security clearance, showcasing a high level of trust and responsibility in his role within the armed forces.
